Hi, I’m Carolyn.
I am a Spirit Lifter, someone who helps lift hearts, expand perspective and bring light to both the seen and unseen aspects of life and leadership.
For more than 25 years, I led Fortune 500 organizations through complex transformation, guiding teams, scaling strategy and turning vision into execution. Today, I bring that same grounded leadership to Blu Anam, integrating strategic clarity with deeply developed intuitive intelligence to support meaningful growth in life, business and spirit.
Attuned to the metaphysical world since childhood, I was always drawn to what others couldn’t see, a quiet knowing that shaped the way I moved through life. That early sensitivity became a disciplined path of study and refinement. Over the years, I have trained extensively in mediumship, energy work, discernment practices and spiritual development, studying with respected mentors and continually strengthening my abilities through practice, mentorship and real-world application.
As a certified Spirit Medium, Reiki Master, Ordained Minister and intuitive consultant, I create intentional spaces where insight flows, energy shifts and next steps become clear. My work is not casual or performative. It is grounded, practiced and held with integrity.
Whether I’m sharing messages from loved ones in spirit, guiding a business decision or supporting someone through transition, my intention remains the same: to help you feel lighter, clearer and confident in what comes next.
One of the most defining moments of my journey came after my grandmother passed. She came through with a message that changed everything: “Your purpose is to heal hearts.” That message became my North Star and continues to guide every offering at Blu Anam.
