If there are specific areas of your life you'd like to explore, jot down a few questions in advance to ensure we focus on what matters most to you.

 

Create a Peaceful Space
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Dim lighting and a calm atmosphere can enhance your experience. Silence distractions, settle into a comfortable position and keep water nearby to stay hydrated.

Clear Your Energy
Relaxing beforehand helps you center yourself and align your energy. Try this simple breathing exercise:

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with your feet grounded.

  2. Close your eyes and focus inward.

  3. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, imagining fresh, positive energy filling you.

  4. Hold your breath for four counts, allowing the energy to settle.

  5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for four counts, releasing tension and negativity.

  6. Repeat 3–5 times, noticing how your energy shifts.
